As President and founder of Lundgren Management Corporation, Mr. Lundgren is active in the company’s day-to-day operations and oversees all aspects of the organization. His experience spans more than 30 years in the construction industry, including civil, institutional, industrial, commercial, and residential construction. Mr. Lundgren is also an expert witness and has consulted on many large and various construction claims. Since its inception in 1987, Mr. Lundgren has grown Lundgren Management into one of the most successful firms in its field.

Mrs. Lundgren has more than 30 years of professional experience in business administration and construction. She currently directs Lundgren Management’s Contract Management Department and Information Technology Department. A strong supporter of continuing education, Mrs. Lundgren also oversees the company’s Education and Training Program. Mrs. Lundgren possesses a strong background in contract administration and planning, from which she develops and establishes company standards for corporate policies, systems, and procedures.

Amin Salari

Vice President of Operations

Education – University of Tabatabaie; Azad University

Mr. Salari has nearly 20 years of experience in construction and program management. As Lundgren’s VP of Operations, he directs the company’s construction management and construction operations through all phases of work. Mr. Salari’s leadership resulted successful completion of multiple construction projects and programs. He has managed infrastructure, public, federal government, K-12, higher education, and municipal facilities. Mr. Salari currently is executive board member and secretary of the board for the Southern California chapter of the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA).

Shawn Fonder

Mr. Fonder has nearly 20 years of professional experience, performing business development, Facility Management Services & Site Needs Assessments, on-site project management, project controls, cost estimating, scheduling, project closeout, and preparation of OPSC funding requests. Throughout his career, Mr. Fonder has successfully led project teams on various school construction and multiple school-facility needs-assessments projects. He has been instrumental in the procurement of nearly $50 million in State Program funding for his clients.
