One of the many rewarding aspects of Lundgren’s work is our role in modernization projects, and breathing new life into existing structures. For example, this school year began with a celebratory ribbon cutting at Tamarisk Elementary School in the Palmdale School District.
Closed for four years, Tamarisk is one of the oldest schools in the district, but Lundgren helped bring it into the modern age with the addition of a new computer lab, new SMART teaching boards in classrooms and more. The project also includes outdoor repaving and the addition of new playground equipment.
The ribbon-cutting ceremony was attended by many Antelope Valley and Palmdale School District dignitaries, and included a family barbecue and donations from local supermarkets and Victory Outreach Church.
