As a Construction Manager, we represent the Owner, developing and implementing a plan to achieve success within budgetary and scheduling parameters. We embrace an open communication policy among all members of the team.

Design Phase

During the Design Phase of a project, we focus on ensuring that the Owner’s program stays within scope, budget, and on schedule.

  • Establish Master Project Schedule
  • Develop project budgets/cost estimates
  • Assist in selection of architect/engineer
  • Perform constructability and value engineering reviews
  • Assist Owner with obtaining necessary permits and approvals

Bidding Phase

Because Lundgren Management specializes in various types of facilities construction, our team has a thorough understanding of both the public and private bid processes. Our bid procedures use of our Contractor Database of more than 1,000 qualified bidders ensures Owners obtain the best pricing on any project.

Construction Phase

Acting in a leadership role, Lundgren Management provides field management, supervision, and administrative services to successfully execute a construction project in accordance with the Owner’s objectives.

To prepare for occupancy of the facilities, Lundgren manages project close-out punch lists, operation and maintenance manuals, warranties, as-built drawings, and advises the Owner on issuing of the Notice of Completion.
